The visitors looked at Alfa’s jewelry collection at the JCK Las Vegas 2005 show as if it were a museum stand. It does not come as a surprise – Alfa’s most popular products are miniature gold and silver pendants in Faberge style made in the form of eggs adorned with multicolored enamel and gilding. No less intriguing for Alfa’s guests were the items of gem-cut plastics done in the same Faberge style from precious stones.

“I was glad to stop by the stand of the Russian Alfa factory” – told me Margit Thorndal from the Madagascar Gems company. “All my life I wanted to see the famous Faberge lavender flower. I saw it today. I also enjoyed that Alfa does not only imitate Faberge collections. They bring their own vision to their original sources. The items are all the more better. I am convinced that this company has a great future in the international market.”

St. Petersburg Alfa Jewelry Factory was started in December 1992, a rather risky time for a new jewelry business to be formed.

Today, the Alfa factory is among the largest jewelry producers in Russia with more than 250 highly qualified specialists. While preserving the traditions of the St. Petersburg jewelry school, its craftsmen create pieces of extraordinarily high artistic value. Alfa’s jewelry items are certain to evoke one’s creative imagination and to shape artistic and cultural tastes.

Alfa produces jewelry items of practically all genres of the gem-cutting art. The designs of the pieces reflect modern jewelry fashion trends as well as traditional classic forms. The beauty and the luxury of silver and gold items made with diamonds, precious stones, and pearls will surely excite everyone. The Alfa factory is most recognized for the mastery of its stone-cutting craftsmen, who feel the  beauty of the natural material very well. Alfa continues the artistic tradition of Carl Faberge. Alfa creates more than 500 different kinds of pendants! Additionally, the factory has extensive experience in producing orders, medals, emblems, insignia items, and tie clips with custom symbol designs. A number of Russia’s high level organizations trust the Alfa factory in handling their VIP orders. Alfa’s quality level complies with all jewelry standards.

Alfa can create jewelry pieces in small quantities – single exclusives for personal orders or low-volume items. A wide range of jewelry techniques and decorative methods may be utilized in making such pieces. High levels of professionalism among Alfa’s designers and jewelers, combined with an upgraded industrial base and infrastructure, allow the factory to react dynamically to the changing jewelry world trends, all the while keeping in mind the mid-income-level consumers.

The business card of the Alfa factory is the egg-shaped miniature pendants. In creating the new models of the egg pendants, Alfa’s craftsmen not only draw from the traditions of Faberge the Great, but also create new innovative designs.

Alfa’s line of products also includes jewelry pieces for men and women, silver tableware sets, watches, souvenir items, stone-cut figurines, photo frames, and miniature boxes.

The Alfa Jewelry Factory has now been commonly recognized as a dependable company and brand name that is a guarantee of remarkable quality and good tastes.

Alfa Jewelry Factory is a recipient of numerous national and international awards. In February 2005 at the Arch of Europe in Frankfurt, Alfa received the Sign of Quality in the “Gold” nomination.

Alfa Jewelry Factory will present its products at the JA International Jewelry Show held July 31 - August 3, 2005 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center of New York,

11th Avenue, between 34th and 39th Streets. Alfa’s booth is 3011. Tel. 7-812-927-4570
